Services offered at REACH by our partners:
Since HIM was founded as grassroots organization for HIV prevention in 2009, we have expanded our scope of work to include a wide range of health-based programs and services to help strengthen the health and wellbeing of GBQ men and gender diverse people. These programs and services promote a more wholistic approach to HIV prevention which takes into account people social, physical, mental as well as sexual health.
Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction (MSDPR)
The MSDPR staff continued their weekly on-site presence at REACH, supporting clients with complex needs in completing applications and accessing provincial services. The assigned worker remains highly in demand, receiving referrals from both REACH staff and external community partners, often with clients waiting for support.
